Payment, Registration, and Confirmation

  • All payments are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • To receive the member rate relative to their membership, the member must log in to the website using their Australian Voice Association account. Failure to do so will result in the individual being charged a non-member rate.

  • Individuals who are not members of Australian Voice Association and/or have not previously held an account, are required to provide certain contact details to proceed with event registration (name, email address, and payment information).

  • Registration requires online payment with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express at the time of registration.

  • For Institution membership holders, Australian Voice Association can provide invoices prior to payment. These membership holders should contact the association if this is required.

  • Registration is confirmed upon receiving an email notification from the Australian Voice Association website. If you do not receive an immediate automated confirmation email, please contact the Association on 1300 406 191 or ava@australianvoiceassociation.com.au

  • Australian Voice Association is unable to reserve places for online events.

Cancellation, transfer of registration, and attendance

  • Individuals who cancel their registration:

    • 28 days or more prior to the commencement of the event will receive a full refund, less a processing fee.

    • 8-27 days prior to the commencement of the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.

  • Australian Voice Association is unable to accept transfers of registration.

  • Registrants who are unable to attend a session of the online event must contact the administrator as soon as possible via email (ava@australianvoiceassociation.com.au) prior to the commencement of the event and request cancellation of their registration. This does not ensure a refund request will be granted.

A certificate of attendance can only be generated if the individual attended all sessions in their entirety.
